What? I never said I was Jimmy the Greek!

I'm saying, Cotto should win, but there is a good possibility he won't based on the intangibles....Foreman cannot punch, true, but he did floor Santos twice and I believe I read somewhere that he does not purposely try to whack guys out because of his religious beliefs. That might be PR nonsense, but I've seen him fight live a few times, and it looks like to me he cannot punch simply because he is in mid-air half the time bounding and leaping around the ring.

The Margarito fight may have been, ummm, suspicious, but the punishment Cotto took was real and probably even more sapping because of the gloves--if they were loaded. The thing is not that he is fighting good competition, but the amount of withering punishment he's been taking...After the third round, the Pacquiao fight was a horrible slaughter, Clottey laid it on him and cut him, he came out mangled against Margarito, was hurt and cut by Zab Judah, nearly knocked out by Ricardo Torres, etc. All that might catch up to a fighter....I can see Cotto winning by late TKO, as you said, no problem. But I can also see Foreman zipping around the ring for 12 rounds and then who knows what will happen with the judges?

Come on, man! No pick? Heheh...Cotto looks like a midget next to Foreman, but I think he can pull this out. Foreman, as far as anyone knows, cannot hurt Cotto (and if he CAN hurt him, Cotto should retire as soon as he gets dazed), so he won't get Cotto's respect. If you don't have Cotto's respect, he will try to demolish you. Yes, Cotto has not looked good recently, but lets look at those fights. The Margarito fight will always have an asterisk next to it because we all know what Margartito was packing in his gloves that night. Clottey is a super defensive fighter and that can frustrate you to the point of making bad decisions, especially if mentally, you're still not at your best following your first loss. A bad loss at that...and Pacquiao is...well...Pacquiao. One of the best fighters in the ring today. There's no shame in losing to him. Anyway, it should be an interesting fight, but given Foreman's tendency to get hit, I think Cotto wins by TKO by the 10th round.
